Every room in the house is yours while you're at Stony Hill Farm.
Check-in and check-out times are flexible.
Guest rooms and baths are furnished with fresh linens and towels. A washer and dryer is available for your use. However, daily maid service is not provided.
When you make your reservation, we will send you an invoice and a confirmation letter containing check-in and check-out agreements and other policies. The signed invoice and a 50% deposit are necessary to secure your reservation. Half of this deposit is refundable if you cancel 30 days prior to your stay. The deposit is forfeited if cancellations are made fewer than 30 days prior to your visit.
Full payment is due 14 days before your arrival along with a damage deposit which will be refunded after your stay. At this point, full payment is forfeited if you cancel your visit.
